Daimler Ignition System

Jonn has started to fit new ignition parts to our 1969 Daimler 250 V8. He removed the spark plugs, cleaned and regap for contact breaker ignition type. He also fitted new spark plug extensions.

Brake Servo

The remote brake servo was removed from the engine bay of our 1972 MGB GT for inspection. Upon stripping the unit to investigate why it had been bypassed, fluid was discovered inside the servo, along with a broken spring lying loose within the housing.

Poor Running

Steve has investigated the poor running of our 1960 Austin Healey 3000. After an initial test drive, he found that the inlet manifold core plug had fallen out causing it to run on three cylinders. The manifold and carburettors were removed, and a new core plug was fitted before being reassembled.

TR3A PDI

Jonn has completed the pre-delivery inspection for our 1960 Triumph TR3A. All tyres were inflated to the correct pressure, and the wheels were securely tightened. The vehicle was filled with P1 fuel, and a road test was conducted, confirming that everything was in full working order.

Pre Delivery Inspection Complete

Jonn has completed the pre-delivery inspection of our 1974 Triumph TR6. This is now ready to be delivered to its lucky new owner on Tuesday.

MG Midget Service

Technician Steve has been working on our 1978 MG Midget. He prepared the sump and gearbox for new gaskets before fitting new front brake hoses and flushing the brake fluid out. Steve then fitted a new oil filter, air filters, points, and condenser.

A Mercedes 380SL Arrives
