Our very rare 1969 Audi 70 has been in the Bridge Classic Cars paint shop. While it was there, the car was stripped in preparation to be painted.
Various parts of our 1969 Audi 70L have been removed and prepared for re-chroming. This will make a huge difference to the look of the car and it will be great to see it move forward in its restoration journey.
The suspension components of our 1969 Audi 70L were prepared and painted, beginning with sandblasting to remove rust from the drums and any other removable parts. Our 1969 Audi 70L has been undergoing final welding as well as having its paint removed. Rust prevention has also been applied.
The welding work on our 1969 Audi 70L is almost complete. The old underseal is being removed in preparation for a new layer to be applied for longevity.
The latest addition to the Bridge Classic Cars stable is on its way to the Suffolk HQ from its current home in the South of England.
