Vehicle Storage terms & conditions

Welcome to Bridge Classic Cars Vehicle Storage. We appreciate your trust in us to safeguard your cherished vehicles. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Owner”) and Bridge Classic Cars (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the storage of your vehicle(s) at our facility. Please read these terms carefully before utilising our vehicle storage services. By storing your vehicle with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Storage Agreement

1.1 Storage Duration: Your vehicle will be stored with Bridge Classic Cars for a minimum period of three (3) months, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

1.2 Payment: You agree to pay the storage fee which is calculated weekly but invoiced every three (3) months. Each invoice must be paid within seven (7) days from the issue date.

2. Vehicle Condition

2.1 Condition at Drop-off: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in good working condition at the time of drop-off/collection. Any pre-existing damages should be documented and reported to us.

2.2 Maintenance: While in our care, we will perform routine maintenance tasks as agreed upon, such as battery charging (via trickle charge) and tire pressure checks. Additional maintenance or repairs may be requested at an extra cost.

2.3 Insurance: While your vehicle is being stored with us, it will be covered by our insurance. Before and after the commencement of the  storage agreement, you are responsible for making sure your vehicle is appropriately insured. Our insurance policy can be viewed upon request.

3. Access and Pickup

3.1 Access: You may access your stored vehicle by appointment only during our business hours (08:00 – 17:00 Tuesday – Friday). Please contact us to schedule a visit or pickup.

3.2 Identification: You must provide valid identification and proof of ownership before we release your vehicle.

3.3 Liability: Bridge Classic Cars will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle once it is released to you.

4. Restrictions

4.1 Prohibited Items: You may not store any hazardous materials, illegal items, or any items that may cause harm to the vehicle or our facility.

4.2 Non-Transferable: Your storage agreement is non-transferable without our prior written consent.

5. Changes and Cancellations

5.1 Changes: We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

5.2 Cancellations: In the event that you wish to cancel your storage agreement before the agreed-upon duration has passed, no refunds will be provided for any unused storage period.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your storage agreement at our discretion, with or without cause. In such cases, you will be provided with a prorated refund for any unused storage period.

By storing your vehicle with Bridge Classic Cars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your storage agreement. Please keep a copy of these terms for your records.
