The rack mounts and parts of our 1969 Aston Martin DB6 Volante, which Ben anodised, like the shims that set the suspension geometry, are seen in the pictures below. The new bering races have been pressed into the hubs and then a coat of paint after masking up otherwise the paint would likely have been damaged in the press. New bronze bushes have been fitted along with all new rubber bushes. The shocks were sprayed to match factory spec, assembled and fitted. The next step is to fit and grease the hub carrier top and bottom bushes finally hubs.

The bonnet has been fitted to check for alignment and gaps, and now the new rubber stops have been put on.

Then the latch has been removed and stripped for epoxy, along with the bonnet too.

The bonnet and latch have now been epoxy primed
