Le Keux (pronounced le cue) is a countrywide franchise, with our closest based in Southend in Essex. This is a vintage salon run by the wonderful Anna! She creates looks for weddings, events, photoshoots or just to make you feel fabulous. Her ability to wind hair into intricate updos or brush out into Hollywood waves will leave you the envy of all your friends.
Anna has made it her mission to travel up and down the country to introduce people to the world of vintage hairstyling and has even created a how-to guide that can be purchased in the form of an e-book. Alongside hair styling, Le Keux also have a carefully curated range of cosmetics designed to be long-lasting.
Le Keux Essex will be appearing at our Bridge Classic Car Show on Sunday, where you will be able to purchase products and even get your hair done.
I have recently been working on a project with Anna at Le Keux in collaboration with other brands such as Rock n Romance and Lady Luck’s Boutique by taking part in a pin-up style shoot at Grumpy’s Diner in Southend. I had a great day posing in a mid-century setting with an iconic-looking milkshake in hand!
