Inspection and Rebuild of the 1936 Fraser Nash BMW 319 Drivetrain

Strip and clean rear brakes. Remove seized wheel cylinders and free off adjusters. Prep for new shoes etc. Strip front brakes and remove hub. Clean and rebrease bearings and test. Both noisy when rotated.

Finish front brakes. Strip and remove rear axle. Drain diff. Remove hubs and half shafts and remove diff complete from axle casing. Degrease casing and blow off.

Continue cleaning parts. Wash diff and blow out. Clean all mating surfaces. Mask axle tube ends to keep dirt out. Clean hub faces and backplates ready

Prep and paint tear brake back plates. Prep amd paint rear axle case and leave to dry. Make new diff gasket ready.
