One of our pair of classic Aston Martin DB2’s currently undergoing a ground up extensive restoration at the Bridge Classic Cars workshops here in Suffolk. This particular DB2/4, formerly known as ‘Claret’ by the team is being brought back to life by our team. This time Steve, one of our amazing restoration technicians, has cleaned and refitted the wooden frame on our 1953 Aston Martin DB2/4, which sits beneath the dashboard and around the bulkhead to support the sound deadening.

Steve prepared further repaired metal parts from our 1953 Aston Martin DB2/4, making them ready to be sent to the body shop for spraying. He also collected the wheels from being refurbished to match the beautiful glossy black paintwork of the body.
