Greg has continued progress on our 1970 Aston Martin DBS 6 Vantage by grafting new metal into the sills and applying a protective zinc paint inside to guard against future corrosion. He has also addressed rust in the inner wheel well and uncovered significant rot on the right front frame. The front right rail has now been repaired, and the front left frame has also been completed. Additional frame rot has been dealt with, though more was discovered in the front left wheel well, which will also require attention.
Tony has been working on the same car, arranging the transport of the differential along with the remaining transmission and suspension components to a trusted coating specialist we have used. He also ensured the suspension parts were delivered for powder coating, where they will receive a durable satin black finish.
