Driver
Several years ago, I wanted to create a magazine about cars and the people who love them. Now, thanks to the belief and support of Craig, our Managing Director at Bridge Classic Cars, and Nick (who has been responsible for making this magazine look so good), this goal has finally turned into something real.
Driver isn’t your typical car magazine. It’s for anyone who’s ever felt even the slightest hint of curiosity about the world of motoring. Whether you’re an avid collector, an admirer of design and engineering, or someone who simply appreciates the beauty and story of your car, then it’s for you.
Cars have an incredible way of bringing people together. They start conversations, inspire friendships, and connect us to a part of history. For many of us, a car isn’t just a mode of transport, it’s a memory-maker, and sometimes even a part of the family. It’s not just about horsepower or performance; it’s about the stories, the adventures, and the emotions they evoke.
For me, this journey began later in life than it does for many others. I didn’t grow up tinkering under the bonnet or attending car shows with family. My introduction to the automotive world came later in life, and to be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when I stumbled into this community, I found a shared passion that was welcoming, creative, and deeply inspiring. I fell in love with it all: the history, the craftsmanship, the people, and, most importantly, the stories behind every car.
I try to share that with you in Driver Magazine.
