The paint and body team have been working hard on the 2005 Suzuki Every.
The freshly repainted body has been carefully put back together as part of its aesthetic overhaul. The team have put the freshly painted and refined bumpers as well as the front and rear lights put in and aligned along with the trim work.
The 2005 Suzuki Every has been moved from the Bridge Classic Cars body shop into our in-house paint shop for the next stage of its work.
The team have been carefully preparing the bodywork of the VW look-a-like to get it ready to be repainted.
Once primed and ready, the team scanned the paintwork to create an identical match to the existing bodywork and laid down several coats. Once cured, the paint work will be colour sanded and polished.
The 2005 Suzuki Every has been in with the Bridge Classic Cars paint and body team to prepare each piece ready for its first round of primer.
The team have been perfecting each line and trim piece for the tiny camper before it was moved into the paint booth for our painter Mauro to lay down the first coats of primer onto the car.

The fibreglass panels have been sanded and filled to get them looking just right. Also, the team have gone and fitted up the fibreglass replica bumpers and also begun to rework the shape and fitment of them to the rest of the bodywork.

A lot of the trims on the tiny campervan haven’t been put on level or straight, while other pieces of the car arent square onto the body such as some of the door mechanisms and the rear lights. So, our in-house body team have been working on getting everything exactly where it should be and working perfectly too.
The paint and body team at Bridge Classic Cars have been working on addressing a small crack in the rear hatch of the 2005 Suzuki Everyvan.
The team have carefully stripped back the area to expose the bare metal for our fabrication team to weld back up before grinding the area as smooth as possible. From there, the paint and body team took over finessing the area further in order to get it perfectly flat and smooth with minimal filler work needed.
The paint and body team are working on refining the 2005 Suzuki Everyvan in with Bridge Classic Cars.
Our body and paint tech Alan has been reworking the panels of the tiny campervan to make sure everything lines up perfectly but also each pieces flows correctly into the next while fairing out some of the compound curves at the front of VW look-a-like.
Soon, the microbus will go into the paint booth to be refinished.
