Technician Paul has been rebuilding our 2003 Rover 75. He has now refitted the chrome trim and door parts as well as the chrome window surrounds. He then went on to rebuild the boot.
Jonn has also been working on our early 2000s estate. He prepped the car for its fuel tank to be refitted. The breather hose was fitted before being fed through the channel in the arch. The tank was then refitted before the subframe and heat shield were rescued.
The exhaust was also prepped before being refitted to the car.
Our Rover 75 has been though paint and is now back in colour having been prepared by paint technician Mauro.
Next job is to flat and polish the car before reassembly in the coming weeks.
Clinton has fabricated new sill and wing sections for our 2003 Rover 75.
Christian has cut out the sill ends, fabricated new ones, and drilled out the panels that were in the way of the rust on the wheel arches on our 2003 Rover 75 Club SE.
Mauro then prepped the car for paint. He pulled the dents out and added some filler. After Mauro cut the wheel arch off, more rust spots were found.
Epoxy primer was then applied to the bonnet and primer was also applied to some of the panels from the car.
Once the dents were smoothed out on the rear bumper, these were also primed.
The boot was also primed.
