Jonn carried out an appraisal of our 2014 Volkswagen T5 Camper, beginning with a road test to assess overall performance. After the initial checks, the vehicle was brought onto the ramp for a more thorough inspection. The driver’s seat belt was untwisted to ensure proper functionality.

While on the ramp, Jonn removed all four wheels to inspect the braking system. Following the inspection, the wheels were refitted and torqued to 140Nm. All tyres were then inflated to the correct pressures. Broken sections of the undertray were trimmed, and damaged clips were replaced with repair washers to securely fasten the rear exhaust heat shields.

Jonn also restuck the offside front fog light surround and freed off the secondary bonnet catch to ensure smooth operation. The jack and brace were placed back in the rear of the vehicle. Additionally, the lens of the high-level stop light was reattached using adhesive. A screw was found in the nearside rear tyre; however, it was only the tip of a screw and had not penetrated the tyre.
