We have two new arrivals heading in to the workshops very soon. Both vehicles are destined for competition status but both are vastly different from one another.
Let’s head back to 1931, 94 years ago to be precise. The roads were very different to what we see today.
Construction of the one of the world’s most iconic buildings, the Empire State Building in New York City was completed and one of the most influencial figures in Hollywood, James Dean was born.
Closer to home, right here in the UK, our 1931 Austin Twelve-Six (12/6) was preparing to leave the Longbridge factory just outside Birmingham.
This will be one of our oldest competition cars to date but someone will soon own a piece of true British history for just a few pounds. Let’s hope that in another 94 years we’ll still be seeing cars like this on our UK roads.

Next up, everyone’s favourite, our 1969 MG C GT. Not to be mistaken with our previous 1969 MG C, won by Peter Lee almost a year ago. Peter’s MG sold out very quickly and I would expect this to follow a very similar path so do make sure you’re on the mailing list if you’ve not already done so.
