1955 Aston Martin DB2/4 Drophead Coupe – Recreating the Front Valance

Clinton, our master fabricator, has been busy remaking the front valance for our 1955 Aston Martin DB2/4 Drophead Coupe. The original was very badly damaged and corroded so Clinton used his expert skill to completely recreate this important piece of the car using the original piece as a template. Each piece is made specifically and completely by hand for this car, so after cleaning up his welds he began work on recreating the air ducts in the valance which feed air to the brakes.
