SOLD – 1973 Rover P6 3500S – Restoration Project
Please note; this car is a restoration project.
Believed to have covered approximately 87,000 miles, the car runs and the you can select gears fine. The oil pressure is perfect and it sounds great with no nasty noises.
Brakes will most certainly need attention as there are none.
The main body is not too bad but does have some rust in the sills and floor pans that will require welding.
The vinyl roof will either need sticking down on the front edge or it will need replacing. Our suggestion would be to replace as it is very cheap to do and will create the best results.
The interior is the box pleat that is in very good condition. A couple of the edges have worn through and will need repairing.
We do not have the correct wheels to accompany the car but I’m sure a little searching and you’ll be able to find a set if you wanted them.
This is the model to have and it does have all the attributes to be a lovely car and well worth the work. These are going up in value.
