Yesterday, I had the opportunity to sit down with Stephen Norman, the former Managing Director of Vauxhall (among several other very high-ranking positions) about his four-decade-long career in the automotive industry.

The purpose of our conversation was for me to get Stephen’s thoughts on various points for an article I am writing for the next issue of Driver.

On top of the huge amount of thoughts, opinions, stories, and memories that Stephen shared with me, I also asked him for some advice on how I could put myself in a position where I could have an automotive career as successful as his. His honesty, advice, and incredible knowledge have certainly motivated me to continue working hard, growing my network, and doing everything I can to develop my automotive career as much as possible.
