Tamas has been out this morning collecting the latest addition to our workshops, our 1991 Rover Mini 1000 City E.
The car is almost ready to go, with a little paint work to address and we may look to change the modern hubcaps for something more in-keeping with the character and age of the car.

The new metalwork has been fitted and the repairs have been completed. The body shell can now venture into the paint shop to be prepared, ready for paint. The body will soon be brought back to the original Cherry red ready to be refitted.

It has been a 12 year project for the current owner having carried out almost all of the restoration works himself. The car is 99% complete and we have been asked to go over the car and do a final commission to ensure everything is as it should be.
We look forward to see the car in at the beginning of December.
Colin Tubb’s Rally Viva

Colin Tubb had all finger’s crossed when he entered our Bridge Classic Cars Competitions to win our incredible 1970 Vauxhall Viva GT.
Unfortunately Colin was not our successful winner but has since been in touch to send us some photographs of his 1968 Vauxhall Viva rallying at the Otago Classic Rally 2018.
